If you experience difficulty logging in to https://class.perspectives.org, please follow these troubleshooting steps before submitting a support ticket.

Here are a few things to try if you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Visit logout page to clear session: If you recently changed your account details (username, email, or password), please click this logout link to clear all Perspectives authentication cookies and cache: https://class.perspectives.org/Logout.aspx
  2. Try logging in with your email address: We have enabled support for logging in with your email address.

  3. Clear browser cookies and cache:

  4. Reset your password:
    1. Go to: https://class.perspectives.org/Login.aspx
    2. Click the "Forgot Your Password" link
    3. Enter the email address you used to sign up for Perspectives.
    4. Login to your email, click the reset link and follow the steps identified.

  5. Contact us: if all else fails, please submit a help desk ticket by clicking on the Big Blue question marks on the website.
