When a class cannot be found on the transfer-to list of classes a receiving class it means the class has been closed to further registration by the receiving classRegional Director. You may be able to convince the class to reopen their class for your transfer if you contact themContact the Regional Director and determine they are willing to reopen registration long enough for your student to be transferred in.
