How do I transfer to another class?

Students may transfer to a different class as long as the class they want to transfer to is not already full.  This includes transfers between online and "live" classes.

Online class process:

A student may transfer to another class with no extra fee, unless there is a tuition difference for the class being transferred to or if they upgrade to a higher enrollment level, if they make their request to the Online Class Administrator or Online Class Coordinator within the first four weeks of the class they are enrolled in.  After the 4th week of class, a student typically cannot be transferred to another live or online class but may enroll in a different class.

Live class process:

The Class Coordinator of the sending class will request the transfer.  Please contact your Class Coordinator if you wish to transfer.
