Students must login log in to the Perspectives website and then click on the Grading Ribbon link on the Classview/Student page for the online class to open. If the student has not enabled pop-ups, it looks like the online class is opening but instead they are taken back to the Classview/Student page instead.
Resolution - Popups must be enabled for the Perspectives site but may be blocked for other sites.
