The bio of both instructors shall contain information for each that allows the students and class coordinators to expect a team presentation.
Instructors who team teach as a couple should clarify reimbursement and honoraria arrangements in advance of teaching. This includes which of the married couple will be assigned the honoraria payment for IRS purposes.
