Once an evaluation has been saved the link to the evaluation changes from Evaluate XXX (class, instructor, etc.) and changes to View your Evaluation. Go to the location you submitted the original evaluation. When you click on View your Evaluation you will be taken to the evaluation and are able to revise it. Evaluations may be revised anytime until the class is set to complete.
